Workouts

Here you will find various workouts already created for you. Check this page often as I post workouts here, on instagram, twitter, and of course on our Facebook page.

The 30-day challenge will be a competition between you and YOURself! Remember, this is not about anyone but you and self. I challenge you to take time out for YOU to take care of you.

Helpful Hints:
- Eat Clean. What does this mean - no processed food. Nothing that can be ordered through a drivethru (aka no fast food). Fresh fruits and veggies (if you need to do frozen that is fine as long as there is no added sugar)

- Meal Frequency: Eat AT LEAST five meals per day.  Your meals should consist of 3 meals and 2-3 snacks. Meal ideas will be posted in the recipes section.

- Work Out: Work out at least 3 days a week, especially if you are just starting. You want to get your body used to working out. Once you are feeling good, push yourself a little harder to include another day. You are allotted one day of rest.

- REST. Resting is so important. It is important that you get at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Your energy is needed for the next day and your body needs time to heal.
